Business organisations contract with Zerina to deliver a EAP services. Her employee support intervention is delivered through a strengths based, solution-focused, empowerment orientated model; that acknowledges the interdependent relationship between employees and their work organisations. Employee support is designed for a diverse workforce, inclusive of employees with disabilities.
